Scoot, a value-focused low-cost airline, faced intense competition in the APAC LCC market and a decline in booking revenue per seat. To grow revenue they needed more granular access to passengers in-market for flights and to hit aggressive cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets.
Sojern used its travel audience data, real-time purchase signals and Always‑On display campaigns to prospect high-intent travelers; between April and September 2017 this approach drove 61,262 transactions for Scoot and delivered a CPA 27% below target, while providing deeper audience insights to inform future marketing.
