Savoy Berlin, a 122-room boutique hotel in the Samuel Braun Hotels group with nearly 90 years of history, faced growing competition as more lifestyle-driven hotels opened in Berlin. The team needed a way to raise awareness among travelers and drive more direct bookings without increasing fixed marketing costs.
They partnered with Sojern in December 2017 on a commission-based, pay-on-the-stay advertising program using display ads and campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. In nine months this drove over €38K (€38,811) in direct booking revenue, plus 25 future bookings worth around €9K, with the hotel praising the flexible, performance-based partnership.
