OLS Hotels & Resorts, a collection of boutique properties, needed to increase direct online bookings and specifically reach travelers showing intent to visit Los Angeles. The challenge was to convert intent into direct reservations for its Los Angeles–area hotels and drive incremental revenue to the brand’s site.
Sojern used its traveler intent data to run targeted campaigns toward LA-bound audiences, driving over $170K in direct incremental revenue for four OLS properties in Q1 and accounting for 12% of OLS’s direct-to-site bookings over six months. The Chamberlain alone saw $52K in direct bookings from Sojern in one month, with high average daily rates and cancellation rates well below industry averages—results OLS cited as “fantastic.”
