Nayara Resorts, which operates two award‑winning boutique properties in Costa Rica, needed to increase direct bookings while protecting a consistent brand message across many third‑party channels. As a small property, Nayara found it difficult to control how its story and offers were presented to potential guests.
Beginning in April 2018 Nayara partnered with Sojern to advertise on Display, Facebook and Instagram using Nayara’s creative and messaging; over the following year Sojern generated $386,707 in direct booking revenue (200+ future bookings) and provided dedicated 1:1 account support, giving Nayara greater control of its marketing and measurable results.
