Nakar Hotel is a 57-room boutique lifestyle hotel in the heart of Palma de Mallorca that initially relied on third‑party booking sites to build awareness after opening in 2016. Their main challenge was shifting more reservations to direct channels to reduce dependence on intermediaries and improve margin and control.

Partnering with Sojern in March 2018, the hotel ran targeted display and Facebook/Instagram campaigns focused on travelers with intent to visit Mallorca.
