Montigo Resorts, Nongsa Increases Direct Bookings Across Channels with Google Marketing Platform and Sojern RevDirect™

Montigo Resorts, Nongsa is an island resort with over 100 sea-facing villas, restaurants, a beach club and an award-winning spa. Wanting more direct bookings and broader reach than their website alone provided, the property sought to consolidate online marketing channels and gain cross-channel visibility, and began partnering with Sojern’s RevDirect™ in March 2017 using Google Marketing Platform.

Sojern ran RevDirect Display and SEM campaigns through Google Marketing Platform to target travel intenders and drive them back to the resort’s website. Over the partnership the campaigns generated about S$583K in direct bookings (S$507,826 from Display across 19 months and S$75,317 from SEM in five months), improving visibility across channels and enabling more effective marketing.
