Magnolia Hotels, a boutique collection with properties in Houston, St. Louis, Dallas, Denver and Omaha, needed to raise brand awareness and capture drive‑market travelers and shoppers actively planning trips to its destinations. The goal was to increase direct bookings, prospect users who searched for hotels or flights in the prior 30 days, and boost online brand exposure for each property.
Sojern used real‑time traveler data to target in‑market users searching for flights or hotels to those cities, driving bookings and impressions. The campaign generated $531K in additional revenue across the portfolio, averaged 52 bookings per month per property, served 7.2 million branding impressions, and revealed that travelers were likelier to convert on Monday or Tuesday.
