L.E. Hotels is an independent hotel group headquartered in Los Angeles with roughly 90 boutique hotels, resorts and inns worldwide. The corporate team needed a preferred marketing partner to recommend to its properties to improve digital marketing and drive more direct bookings.
They partnered with Sojern’s commission-based display and SEM solution, which has onboarded 21 properties and generated over $1.2M in incremental direct booking revenue since January 2017 while managing programmatic campaigns across North America and LATAM. The program requires no upfront cost, builds brand awareness and delivered measurable lift in direct business (for example, Deerhurst Resort’s direct bookings rose from 40% to 46%).
