Hotel Monville is a 269-room, tech-forward hotel in downtown Montreal—known for innovations like electronic check-in kiosks and robot room service—that opened in March 2018. As a new property, it needed to raise awareness and increase direct bookings without large upfront marketing costs or heavy reliance on third-party booking sites.

By partnering with Sojern’s RevDirect, Hotel Monville ran a multi-channel campaign across Display, SEM, Facebook and Instagram on a pay-on-the-stay commission model with simple integration. The program drove CAD $148K in direct booking revenue, boosted overall direct bookings and name recognition, and saw 24% of Sojern-driven bookings come from Facebook and Instagram.
