Boutique Hotel Estheréa, a 93-room property on Amsterdam’s Singel, faced growing competition from new hotels despite steady demand. The team’s objective was to increase direct bookings and stay ahead of rivals by reaching travelers who might not yet know the property.
They partnered with Sojern’s RevDirect to run targeted Display advertising and, later, Facebook and Instagram campaigns on a commission-based, pay-for-performance model. In six months Sojern generated €125,584 in direct booking revenue (plus €71K+ in future reservations), with the hotel only paying for the bookings delivered.
