Sojern partnered with Hotel Arts, a designer boutique hotel in Calgary, to find and engage in-market travelers. The challenge was to identify travelers booking trips to Calgary or showing interest in Calgary hotels, track the bookings driven by the campaign, and prove an increase in direct revenue.
Sojern targeted flight-bookers and interested travelers with direct-site ads, including FBX-based in-market targeting, to drive bookings. Over eight months the program generated $94K in additional revenue, delivered about 15% of the property’s direct online monthly bookings on average, and attributed 25% of conversions to FBX in-market advertising, helping Hotel Arts showcase its renovated property directly to guests.
