Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, a global hospitality leader, needed more effective, personalized Facebook marketing across devices for its 65+ properties as Facebook rolled out Dynamic Ads for Travel (DAT) in beta. Sojern fully managed the DAT program (bids, budgets, audience segmentation, A/B tests) via the Adphorus platform and leveraged traveler data to refine targeting. The campaign delivered 13,000+ bookings in a single effort, a 55% increase in mobile-driven revenue and 20% overall revenue lift, plus a 44% reduction in mobile cost-per-booking and 34% reduction in overall CPB.
