SYZYGY, a digital performance media agency, partnered with Sojern to drive more direct bookings and revenue for a global car rental client. SYZYGY needed a data-driven partner that could deliver efficient, scalable performance, demonstrate incremental transactions, and hit a Cost of Reservation Dollars (CORD) target of 6% or below across multiple markets.
Together they ran targeted programmatic display campaigns and integrated ad verification and attribution partners to ensure brand safety, block fraud, and monitor viewability. The work achieved 80% ad viewability (vs. a 50% benchmark), generated millions of dollars in direct reservations in H1 2017, and consistently beat CORD goals—reaching as low as 1.5%, a reduction of up to 60%.
