Cartwright Hotel, a boutique property in San Francisco’s Union Square, partnered with Sojern to find and engage in-market travelers planning trips to the city. The hotel’s challenge was to reach the right high-intent leisure travelers specifically interested in staying near Union Square and to increase direct bookings on its website.
Sojern optimized timing and messaging and used FBX to target the hotel’s highest-intent audience, driving a 6:1 return on investment. The campaign averaged a 0.17% CTR, with 25% of conversions coming from FBX ads aimed at in-market travelers and 31% of bookings attributed to those FBX ads.
