Boone Tavern Hotel Increases ADR, RevPAR, and Direct Bookings with Sojern

Boone Tavern Hotel, an award-winning property owned by Berea College and staffed largely by students, partnered with Sojern in 2016 to boost occupancy, ADR and direct bookings so the hotel could better own guest relationships and drive repeat business. After initial success with commission-based display advertising, the hotel sought to expand efforts to capture even more direct bookings.

Sojern added Search Engine Marketing to its programmatic display campaign, delivering top SERP placement (average position 1.3 on Google and Bing) and over $41K in incremental direct revenue. The campaign also lifted ADR and RevPAR by $3 each, while the commission-based model meant Boone Tavern only paid for the bookings Sojern produced.
