Bali Dynasty Resort, a premier beachside property in Kuta, Bali, wanted to increase direct site bookings from international travelers arriving at Ngurah Rai International Airport. To lift brand awareness and capture demand, Sojern targeted the resort’s key source markets — Australia, Indonesia, Singapore and European countries including the UK, France, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands.
Sojern ran targeted digital campaigns, including Facebook right‑hand column ads, driving immediate results: $75K in bookings over five months plus an additional $275K in future bookings, 13.6% of the property’s direct online bookings and 29% of reservations attributed to Facebook ads. The program doubled Bali Dynasty’s conversions, led to seven more properties joining the initiative, and offered the advantage of advertising without upfront spend.
