Vodafone Ukraine worked with SoftwareONE to modernize its workplace for nearly 4,000 employees and enable secure remote work during an exceptionally difficult period marked by critical infrastructure attacks and the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The company wanted to improve collaboration and communication while maintaining strong IT security, using Microsoft 365 services such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Entra ID, and multi-factor authentication.

SoftwareONE delivered the project in two phases, starting with a successful pilot and then a rapid full migration to Microsoft 365, along with security hardening through Microsoft 365 EMS, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Information Protection, and Microsoft Sentinel. As a result, more than 4,000 users were migrated in just three weeks instead of the planned four months, giving Vodafone Ukraine a secure, flexible digital workplace and a solid cloud foundation for future services.
