Previously, calculators used separate Word and Excel tools, which led to differences in layout, structure, product descriptions, and pricing. VMG chose Sofon to standardize and centralize its quotation process with a guided question-and-answer structure.

With Sofon, VMG now creates uniform, error-free quotations with prices and content that stay consistent no matter ով does the work. The solution also automatically generates bills of materials and passes them to ERP system ISAH, turning a task that used to take a couple of hours or even half a day into “a moment’s work.” Sofon also reduced training time, made changes and price updates easier, and gave VMG greater insight and maintainability across its quotation knowledge base.
