JENSEN-GROUP, a global developer and producer of client-specific solutions for heavy-duty laundries, struggled with a highly decentralized sales organization. Its 16 sales offices were using separate Excel sheets to manage tenders, prices, costs, and delivery details, which created inconsistent data, little visibility for management, and frequent misunderstandings across regions.
To address this, JENSEN-GROUP implemented Sofon’s sales management solutions to standardize its tender process worldwide and provide real-time insight into the order flow. With Sofon, management gained transparency into margins, machine and option demand, sales performance, and production planning, while also reducing errors and approval issues. The rollout was completed globally, and the company reported that turnover rose by around €100 million over the last three years since using the tools.
