Aweta, a developer and manufacturer of sorting and packaging installations for vegetables and fruit, needed better control over a growing and increasingly complex product portfolio. The company wanted more insight into margins and a higher quality of quotations, as inconsistent texts, conditions, and old copy-and-paste content were affecting the sales process. Aweta implemented Sofon software to support these goals.
With Sofon, Aweta standardized and centralized quotation creation, improved cost-price calculations, and gained much better visibility into margins and risks. The result was more complete and uniform quotations, a simpler approval process, more frequent responses to international tenders, and faster onboarding of new staff, reducing training time from a few months to about one to two weeks. Sofon also helped Aweta strengthen product standardization and maintain tighter control over complex projects.
