Samsung Netherlands Drives Purchase Intent and Brand Favorability with Galaxy Watch4 Try-On Lens

Samsung Netherlands teamed with Publicis, Cheil and Blauw Gras to drive awareness and engagement for the launch of the Galaxy Watch4. Their challenge was to create an interactive, attention‑grabbing experience that would showcase product features and encourage consideration among Dutch shoppers.

They used Snapchat’s AR wrist‑tracking Lens plus video ads to let users try on watch faces and straps and see product features in‑experience. The multi‑format campaign lifted Brand Favorability by 8 points and Purchase Intent by 5 points, delivered an average Lens playtime of 32 seconds, and boosted favorability by 16 points among Snapchatters who expected to buy a smartwatch within a year.
