A SmartSurvey Case Study
Lymington Community Association, a small not‑for‑profit running a community centre in Lymington and Pennington, engaged SmartSurvey to improve how they collect feedback from centre users. Their main challenge was gathering usable feedback from both members and non‑members and separating those responses, so they could better understand and serve their community.
Using a SmartSurvey Pro account, the association built online surveys with logic and routing to replace paper forms, enabling data collection at a scale that would have been difficult and time‑consuming by hand. SmartSurvey’s tools produced actionable feedback on the café and building improvements, delivered good response rates despite an older demographic, and gave the association a clearer understanding of what users value.
