Correct Contract Services, a mechanical and electrical contractor in the south of England, needed a better way to capture and manage client satisfaction surveys after relying on manual paper forms, post and telephone interviews. They found SmartSurvey and turned to the vendor’s online survey platform to streamline collection of customer feedback.

SmartSurvey enabled CCS to create and manage separate survey campaigns, gather data from multiple sources and centralise forms and reporting on a single platform. As a result, Correct Contract Services improved the capture, handling and reporting of customer data, can transparently report results to clients and internally, and are now able to identify and act on unsatisfactory feedback more quickly to target areas for improvement.
