Samsung increases ROAS 173% with data-driven creatives for the Galaxy Note 20 launch in Spain

Samsung partnered with Smartly.io to support the launch of the Galaxy Note 20 in Spain. Samsung needed a fast way to create display ad creative at scale with different messages for varied offers and audience segments, while aiming to increase sales and lower acquisition costs.

Using Smartly.io with Starcom and Cheil, Samsung produced more than 400 banner variations in under 5 days and tested creative messages across prospecting and retargeting audiences. The result was a much faster launch cycle—down from the typical 6 months to 5 days—and a 173% increase in ROAS versus existing display creatives.
