Liverpool teams up with Visa to create playable ads and increase in-app purchase conversions up to 4.75%

Liverpool, one of Mexico’s largest retailers, wanted to boost in-app purchases with a unique, interactive campaign without adding extra internal bandwidth. With Smartly.io, Liverpool built scratchable playable ads using preset creative templates, then relied on automated tagging and reporting to measure performance without needing an external agency. The campaign delivered strong results, including a +17% lift in shares on iOS, a +4.75% increase in purchase conversion rate on iOS, and a +2% increase in purchase conversion rate on Android.
