Chime, a San Francisco-based digital banking company, consolidated its Android and iOS apps onto React Native and needed a stability management solution that could support RN, unify error monitoring across platforms, and provide deeper diagnostic detail than built-in app store tools to lower crash rates and improve user experience.

Chime implemented Bugsnag to aggregate iOS and Android errors, monitor ANRs, and provide stack traces, filters, Stability Center, breadcrumbs, custom metadata, and Jira/Slack integrations. As a result, engineers debug faster, maintain a healthier application stability score, and have reduced crash rates while meeting their software stability goals.
