Salesforce worked with SmartAcre to replace a manual quoting process that relied on spreadsheets, inconsistent quote sharing, and poor version tracking. The sales team also lacked a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to manage the complex formula and custom field changes needed for accurate quoting.
SmartAcre implemented a customized Salesforce quoting solution using Sandbox development, custom fields and layouts, formula automation, an AppExchange sync app, validation rules, and a new price book import. The result was a standardized, enforceable quoting process that automatically calculates ACV and TCV, improves pipeline traceability, and cuts quote creation time from several hours to just 10 minutes.
