Dixon Advisory, a privately owned Australian financial advice firm serving over 8,000 SMSF trustees with more than 350 employees, faced a time-consuming, paper-based “Fact Finder” process that required clients to complete a repetitive 10‑page form annually and left advisers without aggregated, extractable client data. To modernize compliance and client onboarding, Dixon Advisory selected Smart Communications and its SmartIQ forms solution to digitalize the process and improve user accessibility and data quality.
Smart Communications implemented SmartIQ to deliver an authenticated SSO form with a two‑stage workflow, Sage CRM prepopulation, and SQL integration via OLEDB. The platform has processed over 12,500 submissions, is used by 5,000 clients and 150 staff, supports major recruitment drives with ~2,500 submissions, and cut form completion time from about 1 hour to 15 minutes—improving security, data visibility, productivity, and client satisfaction.
