Gympass is a global corporate fitness platform that gives companies and employees discounted access to 50,000+ gyms, 150,000+ workouts and related wellbeing services across 14 countries. As the company scaled across markets and time zones, reliance on email, Skype and WhatsApp created information silos, slow onboarding, security concerns and fragmented collaboration — so Gympass needed a scalable, secure and intuitive communication platform.

Gympass implemented Slack as its central hub, using channel-based collaboration, Slack Connect for partner channels and integrations with Google Drive, Calendar, Asana and Salesforce. Today 1,000+ employees use 2,000+ open channels and send ~7,000 messages daily, enabling faster onboarding, real-time problem solving, stronger culture and smoother partner coordination; during COVID the team launched a streaming product in two weeks and the company has continued to scale to a market value above $1 billion.
