Inter, Brazil’s first fully digital bank, needed to modernize operations for 3,600 employees while keeping customer data secure and meeting strict Central Bank compliance requirements. As it expanded into e-commerce, the bank looked for a way to combine AI with fast collaboration and chose Slack as its intelligent productivity platform.

Slack helped Inter build its custom GPT app, InterGPT, in just two days, and employees were using it within a week. The app now supports faster code generation, customer care, marketing copy, and legal review, and Inter has built 60 apps and more than 200 workflows on Slack. With Slack and InterGPT, employees save about 30 minutes per day, cutting more than £10,200 in monthly time costs and over £120,000 annually.
