Zinus Engages Skai’s™ Strategic Consulting Team To Create A Framework For Driving Share Of New Categories On Amazon

Zinus, a rapidly growing ecommerce mattress and furniture company, has worked with Skai to run its search, social and ecommerce advertising since 2018. Seeking to expand beyond mattresses into three newer Amazon categories—sofas, bed frames and toppers—Zinus engaged Skai’s Strategic Consulting services to address keyword cannibalization, competitive benchmarking and product prioritization, develop an actionable advertising growth plan, and train its in‑house team to apply the framework across Amazon, Walmart and Wayfair.

Skai performed a six‑week deep analysis covering keyword audits, ad structure, bidding/budget strategy, ASIN profitability, category opportunity sizing and competitive benchmarking, then delivered a responsive playbook and a full‑day training session. As a result of Skai’s recommendations, Zinus immediately began implementing changes, is working with Skai’s Client Success team to revamp Amazon Advertising structures, secured leadership buy‑in for additional content and fulfillment support, and reports the team is empowered to execute the framework across future categories.
