Zap Group, the largest group of consumer websites in Israel, manages digital marketing for more than 1,500 small and mid-sized businesses and relied on Skai Local (and Skai Local Social) to run client campaigns. When COVID-19 struck, many SMB clients needed rapid changes (pausing activity, adjusting budgets), the Zap team was understaffed and remote, and they had to migrate all Google activity onto Skai Search before their previous vendor stopped support.
