Rico, a business unit of Brazilian investment firm XP Investimentos, engaged Skai in February 2020 to optimize its social advertising program. Rico brought in Skai’s Expert Services Team with the primary goals of lowering CPM and increasing website conversion value.
Skai ran a split-cost A/B test, implemented a Google Analytics integration, and used Audience Bid Multipliers within Skai Social to identify and invest in the best-performing gender and age segments. The Skai-driven approach shifted budget to the top segment (51% vs. 39%), delivered a 29% decrease in CPM and a 36% increase in Declared Investment Value.
