Wren Kitchens, a UK designer, manufacturer and retailer of kitchens with 77 showrooms, needed to better tie its multi-channel marketing together to maintain visibility and increase the impact of cross-channel campaigns. Wren brought this challenge to Skai to connect TV airings with Facebook activity and amplify campaign performance.
Skai integrated TV Signals (via TVTY) and used Automated Actions and its Analysis Grid to automatically boost Facebook bids when Wren or competitor TV commercials aired in targeted DMAs, A/B testing the approach against a control. The results over 30 days showed clear gains: pairing Facebook with Wren TV ads produced a 19% decrease in CPA and a 25% increase in conversions, while conquesting competitor TV ads yielded an 11% decrease in CPA and a 23% increase in conversions — demonstrating Skai’s measurable cross-channel uplift.
