Wild Fi worked with Personal, a leading telecommunications company in Paraguay, to help prove the value of paid search and social as lead-generation and sales channels. Using Skai, Wild Fi aimed to improve budget efficiency, strengthen lead quality, and secure more ad budget to scale customer acquisition.
With Skai, Wild Fi connected Personal’s Google and Meta accounts into one platform, used Portfolios to optimize campaign groups, and leveraged Budget Navigator to forecast and pace spend across Google campaigns. The result was a 33% increase in lead volume, a 43% improvement in paid search conversion rate, a 258% lift in Meta conversion rate, and major efficiency gains including a 23% lower cost-per-sale in search, a 73% drop in paid social cost-per-sale, and sales increases of 225% on Meta and 32% on Google.
