Wavemaker, working with GroupM Nexus and Colgate Hill’s Pet, wanted to capture the surge in demand around Amazon Prime Day for Hill’s Pet Mexico. With a much larger budget than the previous year, the team needed a smarter way to allocate spend and maintain visibility in a highly competitive pet care market. Skai’s Retail Media solution, specifically Budget Navigator, was used to help manage campaign budgets more effectively.
Using Skai’s Budget Navigator, Wavemaker and GroupM Nexus dynamically shifted budget toward the best-performing products and keywords during Prime Day. The result was an 8% decrease in CPA, an 8% increase in ROI, and a 114% year-over-year increase in conversions, despite increased spend. Skai helped the team improve efficiency and drive stronger performance during a key sales event.
