Walgreens needed to expand its social presence from Facebook to Instagram to create an omni-channel experience while supporting the additional channel with the same staff and without increasing time spent on creation, management, optimization, or reporting. To do this, Walgreens partnered with Skai and used Skai’s advertising platform to quickly launch and test Instagram campaigns.
Using Skai’s platform—leveraging bulk actions and filters to identify winners and adjust bids and budgets—Walgreens rolled out video view and ad campaigns that achieved efficient results, including CPVs that were $0.12 below benchmark and lower CPCs thanks to early learnings and reduced competition. Skai’s tools enabled rapid optimization and measurable performance while maintaining existing staffing levels.
