Digio is a Brazilian digital financial services platform facing low credit-card uptake in a market that heavily favors cash and has a large informal workforce—factors that leave many consumers ineligible for credit. To overcome intense FinServ competition and reach consumers where they research and purchase, Digio partnered with Skai, leveraging Skai’s marketing technology platform and paid social advertising solutions.
Skai used its 3rd‑Party Audience Marketplace (including Serasa Experian segments), targeting across Facebook’s family of apps and integrating campaign measurement into Google Analytics and Tableau to optimize for credit‑card applications and approvals. As a result, Facebook became Digio’s top conversion channel, Digio reported an 8% higher credit‑card approval rate and up to an 8x increase in account opens, while saving time and improving campaign measurement thanks to Skai.
