Razors4U is a UK–Europe e‑commerce startup selling razor blades and subscription deliveries that needed to educate shoppers, raise awareness and improve paid‑search performance: it started with a 3% conversion rate and a high £12 CPA and set targets to increase conversions by 50%, cut CPA to £8, and grow the customer base by 70%.
