Santander, one of Brazil’s largest private banks, worked with agency Suno United Creators and partnered with Skai to better monitor and optimize their Facebook advertising toward True North KPIs tracked in Google Analytics (GA) and Google Campaign Manager (CM). Before Skai, Santander had to manually apply GA and CM trackers to every Facebook campaign and use Excel to merge and pivot data, a tedious, error‑prone process that ate time from strategic analysis and optimizations.

Skai automated the application of GA and CM trackers across all Facebook campaigns, ad sets, and ads and integrated GA and CM data to remove manual downloads and Excel merges. As a result, Skai unified Facebook and analytics data for real‑time analysis and optimization, saving Santander significant time monitoring performance and enabling optimizations with unprecedented granularity.
