Riviana Foods and Harvest Group scaled Walmart presence and sales with Skai™

Riviana Foods, America’s largest processor, marketer, and distributor of branded and private label rice products, wanted to scale its Walmart Search campaigns in 2021 to grow market share, increase ROAS, and improve category presence across its catalog. To support this effort, Riviana Foods partnered with Skai and its agency Harvest Group, using Skai’s retail media solution.

Skai helped implement always-on Walmart Search campaigns for each brand, combining Manual and Automatic Sponsored Products campaigns to expand category reach and drive sales. The strategy delivered strong results: Riviana Foods and Harvest Group achieved a 232% increase in pickup and delivery sales, doubled sales overall, raised ROAS by 20%, and increased conversion rate by 75%.
