FrieslandCampina, the Dutch dairy cooperative behind the Friso infant and toddler nutrition brand, faced steep competition in Vietnam and needed to scale lead volume while keeping cost per acquisition (CPA) within target. Working with agency Pervorm, FrieslandCampina turned to Skai and its Search platform (including U-shaped attribution, Skai Portfolio Optimization and planning/forecasting tools, plus Skai Universal Channel) to improve measurement and expand reach across search engines.

Using Skai’s tools to re-evaluate keywords, automate portfolio optimization, forecast budgets and track conversions on the local Cốc Cốc engine, the team delivered strong efficiency and scale: conversions rose 482% over eight months (about 36% month-over-month), Cốc Cốc drove 6% more conversions vs. Google/Bing and had a CPA 80% lower than those engines, and overall CPA increased only ~3% while remaining within target. Skai enabled centralized, data-driven optimization that materially boosted Friso’s acquisition performance.
