Netshoes, the leading sports and lifestyle online retailer in Latin America, struggled to keep up with inventory, price fluctuations and random discounts that required manual bid changes multiple times per day. To address this, Netshoes partnered with Skai and deployed Skai’s Portfolio Optimization (KPO) and Portfolio Plus while seeking higher-frequency automation.

Skai implemented Real-time Optimization (RTO) and automated Structure Optimization to adjust bids hourly and group products by demand, working alongside KPO to target value-based bids. In the first three months Netshoes achieved roughly a 20% increase in revenue and a 45% ROI, nearly eliminated manual bidding, and delivered results above their prior seasonal peak.
