Natural Intelligence, a global leader in intent marketing that runs comparison websites to drive high-value customer acquisition, had been using Skai Social to drive traffic to nine partner sites, including several in finance. When Facebook restricted targeting to “Special Ad Categories,” Natural Intelligence lost age, gender, ZIP and lookalike targeting—reducing audience effectiveness—so they were eager to test Skai’s new support for Oracle Audiences.
Skai enabled access to Oracle Audiences directly within the Skai Social UI, allowing Natural Intelligence to target high-intent users and submit custom audience requests that Oracle turned around quickly. Using these audiences via Skai, Natural Intelligence served financial products to more receptive users, converting leads faster and achieving an 18% lower cost per purchase.
