Manuka Doctor, a New Zealand-based Mānuka honey and skincare company, worked with Skai and agency partner MPG to reboot its Amazon DSP program. The team needed a more efficient, ROAS-conscious workflow to scale spend, improve performance toward goal, unlock additional budgets, and support more upper-funnel tactics.
Using Skai’s Advanced Automated Actions, MPG built a tiered bid-adjustment decision tree that automatically optimized DSP campaigns each week based on ROAS performance trends. Skai also enabled a custom dashboard with segmentation labels for more granular reporting. Over 90 days, Manuka Doctor’s ad revenue rose 73% and ROAS increased 53%, with sales climbing another 47% the following month after budgets were increased again.
