Kellogg’s partnered with Skai to better manage retail media performance across multiple retailers. Working through its media agency Dentsu, the team was using Skai for Amazon Ads in the UK and faced new challenges from HFSS restrictions on Amazon, while also looking to expand into other retailer media networks across Europe.
Skai helped Kellogg’s onboard and optimize campaigns across Asda, Morrisons, and Sainsbury’s using features like dayparting, cross-channel dashboards, Pacing Monitor, and Experiments. The results included a 68% increase in revenue on Amazon Ads, a 25% lift in ROI on Sainsbury’s in two months, and an 85% increase in revenue on ASDA, demonstrating the impact of Skai’s unified retail media platform.
