Kaspersky, a global cybersecurity and anti‑virus provider operating in 150 markets, faced a maturing search market (global search interest down 22% in 2019) and needed to boost efficiency, resource productivity and ROAS while aligning multiple search teams. To address these challenges Kaspersky partnered with Skai and adopted Skai’s Automated Bidding and Budget Navigator.
By using Skai’s Automated Bidding Strategies to segment campaigns (by brand vs non‑brand and by market) and Skai’s Budget Navigator to forecast and pace spend, Kaspersky centralized workflows across eight teams and 130 markets and built a comprehensive testing framework. The Skai solution drove measurable results: 22% improvement in non‑brand Quality Score, a 14% YoY ROAS improvement and 5% YoY revenue growth, exceeding their targets despite the market decline.
