Jaguar Land Rover, managed by agency Mindshare, needed to move inventory and reach new potential drivers in a highly competitive, seasonal automotive market by converting search intent into more qualified site actions. To bridge search and social, Mindshare used Skai’s Intent Driven Audiences (IDA) to leverage keyword-based search behavior for Facebook remarketing and prospecting.
Skai’s IDA cookieed users who searched on Google and Bing, automatically building custom remarketing audiences and lookalike prospecting lists for Facebook, allowing the social team to drive targeted site visits and configurations. After one month using Skai, Facebook cost-per-acquisition fell by half and conversion rates doubled, producing an almost immediate increase in more qualified conversions on the Jaguar and Land Rover websites.
