Hilton, a global hospitality leader with more than 4,600 properties, partnered with iProspect and vendor Skai to tackle a 2015 challenge: either improve ROI without increasing budget or sustain revenue with reduced spend across hundreds of account profiles under its EDGE budget model. To succeed, Hilton needed a way to optimize bids and spend holistically across branded and non-branded profiles and across markets without over- or underspending.

Skai worked with iProspect to evolve its KPO and Halogen technology into Cross-Profile Halogen, enabling aggregate forecasting, cross-profile bid and budget optimization, and on-the-fly budget cap adjustments. The one-month test drove measurable gains: a 9% increase in ROI, 5% increase in revenue and a 4% decrease in cost for the KPO-managed group, plus large time savings from reduced manual profile inspection and more stable, accurate forecasting — demonstrating Skai’s clear impact.
