Habi, a fast-growing real estate platform in Colombia and Mexico, wanted to increase lead volume on Meta and test new audiences beyond its existing reach. To do that, the team turned to Skai’s omnichannel solutions and paid social capabilities to find new ways to target and engage prospects.
Skai helped Habi use Cross-Channel Audiences to remarket to users who clicked on Google Ads and then create Meta lookalike audiences based on that search activity. The results were strong: the lookalike audience drove 25% of total leads in one month on its own, and 41% of monthly leads when combined with other audiences in a remarketing ad set.
